Q4 2023

  • Start of planning for quantum cryptography devices for the domestic Japanese and Indian markets.

February 2024

  • Completion of the quantum chip core.

March 2024

  • Start of prototype demonstrations and investor presentations.

  • Establishment of cooperative relationships with core partners.

  • Development of the quantum cryptography device "ATOM: USB," including system setup, server installation and operation, USB device and pairing device manufacturing, development of manufacturing facilities, patent applications, and circuit design. These tasks are expected to be completed by Q4 2024.

September 2024

  • Fundraising of 2 million USD: Early Series A (by September 30).

January 2025

  • Fundraising of 10 million USD: Early Series B (by January 31).

    • Start of construction for the R&D center and factory.

    • Preparation for the introduction of manufacturing facilities for quantum cryptography devices.

    • Progress in factory construction and initiation of equipment installation.

    • Start of factory operations and initial product production.

    • Initial market entry and launch of marketing campaigns.

    • Establishment of strategic partnerships.

May 2025

  • Fundraising: Early Series C (by May 31).

2026

  • Q2: Expansion of the product line and market expansion strategy.

    • Establishment of mass production systems for increased production of quantum cryptography devices (with a potential manufacturing facility in Bangalore, India).

  • Q3: Planning for overseas market expansion and partnership development.

  • Q4: Initial market entry and promotional activities in overseas markets.

  • Q1: Optimization of production lines and implementation of cost reduction measures.

    • Promotion of new product development and technological innovation.

  • Q2: Execution of a large-scale marketing campaign.

    • Expansion of the customer base and strengthening of the sales network.

  • Q3: Participation in international exhibitions and enhancement of brand awareness.

  • Q4: Reinvestment of profits and establishment of sustainable growth strategies.

  • Q1: Preparation for developer IPO and listing.
